The zero emissions machine uses a new lithium ion phosphate battery which can power the machine for up to eight hours

LiuGong has launched the 856E MAX Intelligent Remote Control Electric wheel loader designed to offer low energy consumption, low noise and high performance.

The zero emissions machine uses a new lithium ion phosphate battery which can power the machine for up to eight hours. The service life of the cell is said to be capable of charging and recharging 4,000 times.

As well as being electric powered, the wheel loader comes equipped with an intelligent construction management platform based on Internet of Things, as well as an intelligent shovel loader and 5G remote control.

The remote control system adopts SA (Standalone Architecture) independent networking 5G technology to minimize the network delay. It is equipped with a global HD wide-angle camera to reduce the monitoring blind area and to intuitively estimate the distance between the loader and the surrounding objects. Dual control units are used for redundancy control, ensuring safe operation in case of an unstable signal.
