AUSA’s reversible dumpers made for maximum maneuverability

AUSA’s new DR601AHG and DR1001AHG reversible dumpers are designed for maximum maneuverability to speed up job completion.

The DR601AHG has a 13,200-lb payload, while the DR1001AHG handles 22,000 lbs. AUSA claims both models feature a “comfortable hydrostatic transmission.”

Thanks to the reversible design, the seat can rotate 180 degrees and all components are adjusted to suit the driver’s new position: steering wheel, joystick, pedals, safety cameras, etc. The driver can also comfortably and safely get on and off both sides of the dumper, further maximizing speed and flexibility.

In terms of technology, various systems assist in making the machines more efficient. The ECO Mode function, for example, automatically controls engine speed to ensure lower fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

Both machines are fitted with the Hill Holder system, a start-assist and safety system that engages the dumper’s brake when the operator takes their foot off the accelerator at zero speed. This increases safety, especially when operating on slopes.

The dumpers can also be equipped with Smart Stop, a plug-in system that automatically shuts the engine down when not in use and the optimal time and safety requirements are met.

Powered by a 74.3-hp Deutz engine that complies with the Tier IV emissions standards, the 6-tonne capacity DR601AHG has an engine torque of 340@1500 and the 10-tonne DR1001AHG has 405@1300.
