New Doosan wheel loader designed for maximum power, efficiency
By Paige HaeffeleFebruary 02, 2022

Following the release of several new -7 Series wheel loaders last year, Doosan has now added the DL250-7 featuring new smart technologies as well as increased efficiency, including Doosan’s exclusive transparent bucket.
The Doosan DL250-7, which replaces its DL250-5, features specifications that amplify the operator’s ability to scoop, carry and load more material than prior models. The new machine has a lift height of up to 9 ft. 2 in. and a reach of 3 ft. 6 in.
According to Doosan, these new specifications enable the operator to power through the heaviest loads using rapid bucket movement and angling technology for “powerful and precise” performance.
The loader’s 172 hp allows operators to utilize the machine’s 30,528 lbs of operating weight in tandem with its 3.3 cu. ft. bucket capacity. Doosan has also implemented an optional larger counterweight for more lifting flexibility.
New technologies incorporated into the Doosan series -7 models are geared toward decreasing ownership costs.
On the heels of its recent entry into the dozer market late last year, Doosan said it plans to continue releasing new equipment in 2022, including the introduction of new crawler excavators.
