NoSweat’s disposable performance liners absorb 2 ounces of perspiration

With summer and warmer weather on the horizon for construction workers, the Minnesota-based company NoSweat has introduced a perspiration solution: moisture-wicking liners for hard hats.

According to the company’s release, these disposable performance liners are the first of their kind and can instantly absorb 2 ounces of sweat each to prevent odors, stains and acne while eliminating the need to stop work to wipe off sweat with a towel or shirt sleeve.

Depending on the application, each liner can last from one use up to two weeks.

NoSweat said the liners, compliant with major safety standards and requirements, are a universal fit in all brands and makes of hard hats and bump caps.

The company’s SweatLock technology absorbs perspiration instantly, according to the release, and workers can easily install the liners by peeling and sticking them to the inside of the headwear.

The liners allow construction workers “to keep their eye safely on the job, without distractions that are associated with sweating,” NoSweat said.
