The Wolff 166 B is equipped with safety devices including an electronic overload protection system, working space limiter, anti- collision interface and electronic controlled level luffing.

“The Wolff 166 B is the most compact luffing jib crane in the 160 tonne metre class,” said Jason Mackenzie, president, Select Crane Sales. ”The compact design provides for cost savings when transporting and assembling. Although compact, it offers peak performance in small places and is an ideal tower for city construction.”

The 166B has a maximum lifting capacity of 26,800 pounds and a maximum tip load of 4,032 pounds at 183-foot radius and 183-foot maximum jib length. It is available with a 60kW hoist winch with line speed up to 571 feet per minute. Wolffkran’s Wolff Boost crane control software increases power by 10 percent.
