Time Manufacturing completes Ruthmann acquisition

U.S.-based Time Manufacturing, manufacturer of Versalift, Aspen Aerials and BrandFX products, has completed its acquisition of vehicle mount and spider lift producer Ruthmann.

The sale was first announced in January.

Rolf Kulawik, managing director of Ruthmann,  headquartered in Gescher-Hochmoor, Germany, added, “This acquisition brings together two complementary work truck and high access equipment manufacturers, expanding our product offerings, and better serving our customers.

“We look forward to partnering with the Time team to realize the many opportunities that the combination offers both employees and customers alike.”

Time went to say that the acquisition of Ruthmann was a significant step forward for the continued development of products lines for the telecommunications, electric utility and other essential services around the world. “Time has international operations which represents a remarkable opportunity to expand and promote Ruthmann brands to a broader global audience.”

The company will showcase its product lines across all brands at The APEX Show, Maastricht, Netherlands, June 15-17, 2021; and at The Utility Expo in Louisville, Kentucky, September 28-30, 2021.
