John Deere has added an anti-vibration undercarriage system option to its 333G Compact Track Loader

John Deere announced it’s expanding its compact equipment offerings by offering a new anti-vibration undercarriage system option for its 333G Compact Track Loader, which the company said creates a smoother ride to combat operator fatigue and enhance user experience.

The new undercarriage feature includes rubber isolators that absorb shock loads, a new bogie system for smoother transitions over uneven terrain and the ability to travel at faster speeds with better materials retention.

“We are committed to enhancing our operators’ experience and creating a more productive and dynamic job site,” said Luke Gribble, solutions marketing manager  for John Deere Construction & Forestry. “The new anti-vibration undercarriage delivers on that commitment, providing a solution to increase comfort, in turn boosting operator performance. By improving the operator experience, we’re helping to maximize overall productivity and profitability on the job site.”

The anti-vibration system has four added and easy-access grease points, as well as a steel shield that protects hydrostatic drive hoses against debris. The manufacturer said that maintenance is easier and that components are better protected against the elements.

The new undercarriage option offers a solution to enhance machine operation, according to John Deere, which helps operators remain focused on the job at hand

One of the features, the new bogie roller system, promotes smoother transitions when cresting on a hill, improved stability on uneven grounds and enables larger benris to pass betweem the roller and track system. There’s also a new oscillating bogie arm in the design, which the company said will enhance operator efficiency.

According to the manufacturer, the anti-vibration undercarriage system is now available on zig-zag bar tracks on the 333G Compact Track Loader models and can be purchased in the U.S. and Canada.
